LD&K Inc was founded and established in 1995 as a design company and quickly
expanded into an artist management and production house. LD&K Inc has been home to top Japanese bands such as GaGaGa SP, Kariyushi 58, Youmou to Ohana, etc, and is known as one of the top Japanese independent music label. In addition to artist management and production, LD&K Inc has also produced numerous bars, cafes, restaurants, and clubs for live music which include Udagawa Cafe and Chelsea Hotel in Tokyo, Mambo Cafe and Shangri-la in Osaka, and Sakurazaka Central in Okinawa. From producing chart topping artists to creating extremely popular bars and restaurants, LD&K Inc is well known as one of the top independent companies in Japan.

The Founder ：
|
While still a university student, Hidemasa Ootani founded his first company,
Big Boss, which eventually led him to establish LD&K Inc. Where most independent labels in Japan focus strictly on music and talent management,
Hidemasa decided not to limit himself and has turned his company into both a successful music label and a successful restaurant business. Since opening his first cafe in Shibuya in 2001, he has gone on to create numerous cafes,
bars, restaurants, and clubs in Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa, all of which are well known for not only good music and good food, but also for their stylish interior design, most of which Hidemasa designed himself. With such a humble and driven president, LD&K Inc is sure to continue growing at rapid speed and further its name as one of the most respected independent companies in Japan.

(Introduction) Home of top Japanese bands like GaGaGa SP and Kariyushi 58, LD&K is now accepting demo tapes. All entries are shared between the president, A&R team, and LD&K's live houses. Here at LD&K, we don't have a specific division for finding new artists; instead, all of our employees participate in finding new talent, which makes LD&K one of the fastest music labels out there when it comes to getting your music out to the world.
